Albert F. Bayly
1901–1984 · Bexhill-on-Sea, Sussex · England
A Congregational minister in England from the late 1920s until his death, Bayly served congregations through the Depression and the Second World War. After retiring in 1971 he settled near Chelmsford and stayed active in his local church. Besides hymns he wrote missionary pageants and librettos for cantatas by W. L. Lloyd Webber.
