George Hugh Bourne

1840–1925 · St. Paul's Cray, Kent · England

Educated at Eton and Oxford, he was ordained in 1863 and served as curate of Sandford-on-Thames. Most of his career went to Chardstock College, first as headmaster and then as warden after the school moved to St. Edmund's in Salisbury. His hymns include a set of Post-Communion Hymns he printed privately in 1874.
